METHODICAL PERSONAL TRAINING (FPM)

FPM

It is a personal growth plan.

It is intended for people who want to take responsibility for their training through a defined program.

It is possible to access this program after a few courses.

The FPM:

  • provides the necessary elements to trace a personalized training path. This program can be done individually or in a group,

  • guarantees the support and accompaniment of a PRH trainer that you choose,

  • allows one to measure their strength and their possibilities to advance at their own pace,

  • leads to deep self-knowledge.

The program is done for one year, but can continue for two more years, if the person decides to complete it.

Every year :

  • progress is evaluated,

  • the achievements are made aware,

  • the points on which it is convenient to continue working are specified.

Based on this, each person sets goals and means to achieve those goals, for the following year.
