METHODICAL PERSONAL TRAINING (FPM)
FPM
It is a personal growth plan.
It is intended for people who want to take responsibility for their training through a defined program.
It is possible to access this program after a few courses.
The FPM:
provides the necessary elements to trace a personalized training path. This program can be done individually or in a group,
guarantees the support and accompaniment of a PRH trainer that you choose,
allows one to measure their strength and their possibilities to advance at their own pace,
leads to deep self-knowledge.
The program is done for one year, but can continue for two more years, if the person decides to complete it.
Every year :
progress is evaluated,
the achievements are made aware,
the points on which it is convenient to continue working are specified.
Based on this, each person sets goals and means to achieve those goals, for the following year.
